And now the van is fixed.  And it's costing us about $600 less than were first quoted.  got the part off of ebay for $500 less.  (great seller, will use him again if I need more parts) and also bought the battery etc. instead of paying their mark up.  Now just to get it washed, inspected and retagged - in that order.
