a very high percentage of the people current mayor Funkhouser follows on Twitter seem top be shell accounts? No pictures, most of the time very few or even no updates and most were set up around the same time. This is not true of the people following him just the ones he follows.
It's not like there is a shortage of people in the KC area with twitter accounts. And there are a lot of interesting ones out there to follow. He might be more in touch with people if he tried interacting occasionally.
