I mentioned this on Twitter, but didn't make a big announcement here.
I asked Pioneer Balloon Company if they would donate some of their bags. They do a lot of events and save the bags afterwards to track how many balloons they used. Betty Valamis was very gracious and said she would be happy to.
I got an email from Kenny in the warehouse on Friday. They've shipped me some bags and I should have them any day now. I was very excited. The tote made from balloon bags was one of my favorites. Then I reread the email. Kenny had shipped two PALLETS worth of bags. I don't know exactly how many that is, but it's a LOT!!
I will be making many many totes and purses from the balloon bag.
And I will build a wall of boxes containing balloon bags that I will take down one brick at a time. :-)
