Orlando's City Walk

Sure Orlando is a tourist hot spot already, but that also means there is a LOT of competition for the $$ already in place.  So why does their City Walk bring in $$ when our P&L loses $$?

I think the guy has it right when he says that it's because they have something for everyone.  Not just people 21-31 who like to drink and puke.

KC spent $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ on a giant playground for people in one decade of their lives.  The average American lives almost 80 years.  P&L decided to ignore the majority of that life span and focus only on the one decade where most people do the drink and party thing.  What a waste.

Why  build the thing at all if it wasn't going to be something useful to most people in KC?  Spend the $$ on established areas of town and a good marketing campaign.  Oh well, woulda, coulda, shoulda.  Too late for that now.
